‘marvekin’ was started during the initial stages of lockdown 1.0 when I was made redundant from my job in hospitality. The idea was to offer great products at great prices BUT still deliver great service.
With a background in hospitality I know how important service is and often, being online and remote, other retailers choose to skip this.

We offer several postage options depending on your items size, weight and location to be delivered. Carriers usual terms & conditions for these services apply.
For UK deliveries:
Royal Mail 24 & 48 Tracked -

We offer a free 2 day delivery on all items either using Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Parcelforce or UPS (see listing for available options). On most items we also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver next day. (this must be selected at checkout) Orders need to be completed and paid before that days dispatch time to be eligible. Any orders made after the dispatch time will be dispatched next business day. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery times due to delays outside our direct control on these services, but Royal Mail deliveries 96% of "tracked" deliveries within their targets.
For guaranteed deliveries we do offer a Special Delivery by 1pm next day for orders by the daily dispatch time. If we fail to deliver this by next day then we will refund you postage costs only and arrange a free return of the item.
Deliveries are not marked as 'lost' until 10 full business days have passed since dispatch. After this time we will offer a full refund for all items and delivery costs.

We reserve the right to charge an additional £5 fee should you have supplied an incorrect delivery address and the item is returned by Royal Mail as undelivered.
